Born From a Belief in Better Care
Safe Valley Wellness Center was founded on a simple but powerful belief: every person deserves access to compassionate, high-quality mental health and wellness care. Too often, people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or addiction face barriers — long waitlists, dismissive providers, or a system that treats symptoms rather than the whole person.
We built Safe Valley to be different. From day one, our goal has been to create a place where you feel genuinely welcomed, deeply heard, and truly supported. A place where healing isn't just possible — it's expected.
Today, we serve hundreds of patients across Michigan and Washington through our Redford and Seattle locations, with telehealth options extending our reach even further. Our multidisciplinary team includes licensed therapists, board-certified psychiatrists, holistic wellness practitioners, and recovery specialists — all working in harmony to provide care that addresses the full complexity of the human experience.
We are proud to be a diverse, inclusive center that welcomes patients of all backgrounds, identities, abilities, and walks of life. Mental health care should never be one-size-fits-all — and it never is here.
Founded in Redford, Michigan
Opened our first location with a team of three dedicated therapists, serving our local community with individual and family counseling.
Expanded Psychiatric Services
Added board-certified psychiatrists to the team, allowing us to offer comprehensive medication management alongside therapy.
Launched Holistic Wellness Programs
Integrated mindfulness, nutritional counseling, and somatic therapy into our offerings, embracing a whole-person approach to health.
Telehealth Expansion
Launched secure virtual care services, ensuring patients could access quality care from home — making healing more accessible than ever.
Seattle, Washington Opening
Opened our second location in the heart of Seattle, bringing our model of compassionate care to the Pacific Northwest.
