We typically can see new patients within 3โ7 business days. For urgent needs, call us directly at 502-558-7563 โ we'll do everything we can to get you in sooner. Same-day telehealth slots are sometimes available.
No referral is needed! You can contact us directly to schedule an appointment. If your insurance requires one, we'll let you know and help walk you through that process.
Yes โ free parking is available at our Redford, Michigan location. Our Seattle location is located in a major office building with nearby public parking options and is accessible via public transit.
Absolutely. Both locations are fully ADA accessible with elevator access, accessible restrooms, and accommodations for individuals with mobility or sensory needs. Please let us know ahead of time if you have specific accommodation needs.
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. You can do this via phone, email, or through your patient portal. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee per our cancellation policy.
Yes. We have Spanish-speaking providers on staff and can arrange interpreter services for other languages with advance notice. Please mention your language preference when scheduling.
